Greenhouse Fertilizer Trials with Effluent

The research greenhouses at the campus of WVSU are equipped with hydroponics systems to investigate the feasibility of using the digester liquid as a nutrient source for lettuce and tomato production. Current hydroponics research is investigating effluent use for cucumber and spinach production.
